Good Morning to those who follow me...have not blogged for a while and figured I would give it a shot again...
Had a mild winter and with the first day of Spring tomorrow well let's say it feels more like summer is coming...suppose to be 70 - 80 on Wed/Thur and a little muggy...ready for the warm weather but nit the muggies...
real nice though seeing our summer eateries open up---Clambake,Baileys,(Old Orchard Beach) Lobster Shack (Cape Elizabeth) right on the water...will have to get a pic of it and post it...will hopefully post pics now and then of places around..till then have a great day...

Kennebunkport, ME

                                                  Took these in Kennubunkport last year
after  our first storm...this is a small town that really does a great Christmas celebration..They are having there annual Christmas Jubilee from Dec 2nd to the 12th...I'm going to try and get up there...

Biddeford Pool

I went for a ride to Biddeford Pool this morning and got these great shots...

Lobster Shack...

Went to the Lobster Shack (a great place to eat by the ocean) in Cape Elizabeth today...

We had a mild winter this past winter and it was great for heading to the beach and 

get some winter shots...

This is posted late because I'm finally getting to learn how to do more with the blog..

Summer Favorites

I'm not a big fan of the humidity that we get here in Maine, especially this year...They are saying that it  is the 

hottest summer in years, breaking records.

I am how ever a fan of summer vegetables...They have a Farmers Market in the summer time in Saco

and they hold them Wed / Sat...

I went over this morning and got these carrots and green beans..Once I add these to a Pot Roast and potatoes and onions in the crock pot and cook on low all day tomorrow..well let's just say it will be good..

Cape Elizabeth

Went for a ride to today and headed towards Cape Elizabeth...

Two Light State Park and the Two Lights light houses...

It's a georgous day and the temps are close to 50....

This is the one that is close to the ocean....

Freddie Beach

Jen took me to Freddie Beach yestarday, which is located behind UNE in Biddeford...

Never heard of the place...

I got this shot looking towards Camp Ellis....

The day was perfect for a walk...

It's amazing how far you can walk out when it's low tide...

Went to Scarborough to have an enlargment done and took a pic of the last sign of the

Cascade Restaurant..

Not sure how long they will keep this up...so I wanted to have a little piece of history

Took a small ride on RT 35 today and got this shot...

I believe that this use to be a small wood processing spot...

This spot in a way if you do not know is there you'll drive right by it....

Ram Island

There's an Island off the coast of Camo Ellis Maine that I've been wantint to get a pic of...

Well today I decide to take a walk out on the cogsway...

I went out as far as I could go and got this pic...

I even think there may be a small light house on it...

I didn't realize how far out I was till I turned around to see the walk back...

The pic was well worth it though..

I was finally able to get the shot that I wanted...

Too bad the trees are in the way...the trees do give it some depth though..

Looked out the window this morning and it looked just perfect to try and get a shot...

I can look out my window and to the left of the church and see Mt. Washington...

I guess I'll just keep trying...

Clear Day

Finally after 4 days of lousy and cloudy weather we finally got some sunshine...

I decided to go check out and see if an old friend was still working where they use to and

suprise them with a visit (haven't seen her in over 2 years)

She was there and I stopped by Ferry Beach on the way home abd got this great pic...
